Positivity. - Dear December (day 2)


Hello my loves.

I remember a long time ago I had said that I had started to look at things in a more positive way. I had always been a 'the glass is half empty person' and I knew this is not where I wanted to be. If you change the way you look at things, then what you are looking at changes. Think of things as a positive and you are more likely to see a positive outcome from it. For example... if you are stressing about an exam and try to think with a positive view then everything becomes easier. Although it is natural to stress in those situations, if you think negatively then you are more likely to give up. 

Next time you are in a difficult or stressful situation, try and weigh out the negatives with positives.

Keep in mind that everything will get easier in time :)

Go out and change the world <3
