Avobath Review.

Hey guys!

Whilst I have a computer on me I will be updating regularly. Today I wanted to talk to you about the beautiful Avobath by Lush, this is a product I have wanted to try for ages but each time I enter the shop I find myself getting distracted by different products and keep pro-longing buying it, but this time I managed to pick it up with a couple of other bits.

My first impression of this bath bomb is that I knew it was going to turn my bath water green, that isn't a major issue for me however I do prefer pinks and purples as they are girlier. I still wanted to try it as it smelt delicious and fruity, my friend said it reminded her of lemon sherberts which after smelling it again put me off slightly as I am not overly keen on the sweet, this is what the Lush website has to say about this product.

"Avobath in the morning to help you face the day: its lemongrass and bergamot oils will pick you up while also tackling dryness with avocado and olive oil. It contains lustre, which gives a shimmering green effect to the water, but will leave your skin feeling dazzling without the dazzle. It also contains lots of mashed avocado and olive oil to tackle dehydration, making this an excellent choice for dry skin sufferers."

To me this sounds really appealing as I know it will do good for my skin as it is always de-hydrated but I wouldn't call it dry, in the bath this is actually really appealing as it smells really Lemon-y and the green colour isn't really overpowering and as it says in the text does have some gold shimmer, I didn't notice this in the bath but after a few hours of being out the bath and being in my pyjamas my mother commented that I had golden shimmer on my skin, so unlike what it says in the text this did actually come off on my skin. Not that I am complaining as I am not apposed to some glitter in my life.

As for tackling de-hydration and dryness I dont think this worked as well as ButterBall which really moisturises my skin and makes it feel silky hours after coming out of the bath, although I noticed it felt like this in the bath the silkiness didn't really transfer to my skin after, if I wanted this purely I would stick to Butterball.

Which products should I try next? I have a few ideas but leave a comment down below :)

Go out and change the world
Love Charlotte x
