Hello my loves,
Recently a friend pointed out how much I put myself down. I tell others all the time that negative thought patterns lead to a negative life. Something I believe really strongly. Therefore I sat down with a notebook & tried to name some things that I like about myself.
1. How my hair looks when blowdried.
2. How I put others first before my own needs.
3. How much my teeth have improved.
4. My eyes.
5. My dreams & aspirations.
6. Planning & organisation skills.
7. The abibilty to have 2 chocolate bars & not feel guilty.
8. My makeup skills.
9. How my family have raised me.
10. How I don't care what size I am.
I struggled to find ten to be completely honest with you. I did not realise that this would be so hard. Reading this has shown me that although I have many flaws there are also good points about myself. People may disagree with my points, they may say that my eyes are dull or that my makeup skills are awful. I do respect your opinion. Please respect my own.
Try and create a list of things that you like about yourself. However long or short; you may just suprise yourself.
Go out and change the world.
